Young People
Our Target Beneficiaries
Young people need inspiring, the lack of role models and mix messages about the world of work, what next steps to take, can be overwhelming for any young person.
Inspired aims to give young people, clear pathways that they understand to make an informed decision and feel inspired about the world of work.
Schools
Our Target Beneficiaries
Schools care about the destination of their young people and by using the Gatsby Benchmark they work to achieve this but sometimes they need help.
Inspired aims to help schools with our motivators who will adopt a school and commit to 3 activities per year. Giving the school, a long lasting, meaningful relationship.
Students at Risk

There were an estimated 765,000 young people (aged 16 to 24 years) in the UK who were not in education, employment or training (NEET) in April to June 2020.
Inspired aims to help students at risk of becoming NEET with our Motivator Mentor Programme

Founder & CEO
Sam Coulstock FIH is our founder and Chief Executive, with over 25 years of involvement in the world of hospitality, charity and apprenticeships,
Sam has founded Inspired as he passionately believes in stimulating minds about future careers.
Sam was also the Head of Professional Development at the Institute of Hospitality.

Jonathan Reed is the CEO, Paddy & Scott's coffee.

Designed by you..
Following a short call for action and after receiving a number of entries, our logo was chosen.
Designed by Jeevan Shokar. A 14 year old from St Columba's Catholic Boys School in Bexleyheath, Kent. .He is studying all of his compulsory subjects and PE, Geography and DT. He dose a lot of combat sports, and a European Jiujitsu champion.
Jeevan said: "I entered this competition because I am interested in graphic design and I see it as something that I would like to progress with in the future, and I really like the Inspired community group is doing.
Winning is fun... sure. But winning is not the point. Wanting to win is the point. Not giving up is the point. never being satisfied is the point."
