Our programme of work

Designed to cultivate confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, this programme is endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality and is widely recognised for its transformative impact.

At its core is a dynamic network of trained volunteers—industry experts who are deeply passionate about their professions and eager to share their enthusiasm. These dedicated professionals are more than just motivated; they are committed to inspiring and empowering others. Through specialised training, they will develop the skills to deliver engaging, high-energy presentations that captivate and motivate their audiences like never before. Prepare for an infusion of excitement, knowledge, and inspiration that will leave a lasting impression!

Once trained, motivators will be paired with a school, committing to at least one engagement per term (three per year). This structured involvement ensures a consistent and meaningful impact on young people’s futures.

Beyond schools, motivators will also act as talent scouts for their businesses, building a ‘talent bank’ of potential recruits—individuals whom their organisations can engage when looking to bring in fresh talent. In addition to working with schools, motivators may also support other key groups, including:

• Ex-offenders
• Parents returning to work
• Youth services
• Career changers
• The unemployed
• Military personnel transitioning back to civilian life

By bridging the gap between industry and potential talent, the Inspired Motivator Programme creates opportunities, fosters career aspirations, and strengthens the workforce of the future.
