Motivators are passionate about the world of work and will receive specialist training to motivate students in schools about careers in hospitality. 

They have committed to carrying out a minimum of three activities a year with your school (school assembly, classroom size talks, careers and enterprise days or whatever you agree) to support your careers education strategy. 

This is a fully-funded programme.

Hospitality Motivator 

Ready to inspire the next generation of hospitality stars?

We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals from the hospitality industry to become Hospitality Motivators – passionate role models who are eager to ignite students' excitement for careers in hospitality!

As a Motivator, you'll receive specialized training to engage and inspire young minds, showing them the endless possibilities within the hospitality world. We’re looking for individuals who have recently completed school (within the last five years), and who are excited to share their passion and experience with students.

Your mission? 

Commit to just three activities a year at your adopted school, whether it's leading an engaging school assembly, hosting a classroom session, or supporting the school's career strategy in any way that works for you.

Plus, this is a fully-funded program, giving you all the tools you need to make an impact!
